I am an office worker who spends long hours, in a stressful job, at the computer or driving. I used to suffer greatly from migraines and back, neck and shoulder pain and having tried high doses of painkillers, I began seeing Ian.

Both osteopathy and cranial osteopathy have hugely improved my migraines and I go back regularly for top-ups which enables me get on with my job and my life without pain or taking painkillers.

Ian is really great at adapting to whatever my body needs and I’ve benefited from his vast experience. He’s even helped my old sports injuries where surgery couldn’t. Ian’s really caring, friendly and welcoming and doesn’t try to push your body too far but works with it to make a massive difference.
