I have been to Ian Griffiths Osteopath Clinic, on various occasions, for a number of years and have always found Ian and his team to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have predominantly used Osteopathy as a proactive measure in the years I have been running, cycling and walking etc. and it has had an extremely positive effect both physically and mentally.

Ian’s clinic is always a warm and inviting place to be. His approach is a very calm and relaxed one, which I personally find therapeutic and I don’t hesitate to recommend him to others who are looking for an Osteopath.
